Juliet Quiroz provides clients with technical support, assists with program evaluation, and tracks and monitors the data collection systems for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers. Ms. Quiroz develops data collection tools, monitors, analyzes, and compiles data in preparation for submission of local evaluation reports. Juliet is trained in using the Youth and School-Age Program Quality Assessment Tools. Ms. Quiroz is endorsed as an External Assessor through the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality.

Prior to joining the RGI team, Juliet was employed with Catholic Charities of Yakima as an Early Achievers Bilingual Coach. Ms. Quiroz helped coach, prepare, evaluate and track data for providers in the Lower Yakima Valley through the Early Achievers Quality Rating and Improvement Systems. These tools were utilized to evaluate out-of-school time programs and learning environments for continuous quality of early learning.

Ms. Quiroz was raised in the Yakima Valley and was the first in her family to pursue higher education. She is a 21st CCLC and GEAR-UP alumni and understands the work and support these programs bring to low-income students. As a result, Ms. Quiroz found an interest in attending college. In 2017, Ms. Quiroz received her Bachelor’s in Human Development with a Certificate in Family Studies from Washington State University.
