Carlos Orozco, BA

Educational Evaluator

Carlos Orozco is an Educational Evaluation at RGI Corporation. He has extensive experience working with diverse student and youth populations. He has worked as a substitute teacher in public education, an AVID tutor, and a program specialist at several schools and libraries in rural Eastern Washington State.

Mr. Orozco earned his Associates of Arts Degree from Yakima Valley College in 2010, and then went on to graduate from Heritage University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Education. He grew up in the Yakima Valley, located in Eastern Washington, and comes from a family of migrant farm workers. This experience affords him a personal perspective on the issues that plague many students with similar backgrounds struggling to pursue and complete a postsecondary education.
