Juliet Quiroz is a member of the RGI 21st Century Evaluation Team. During her time at RGI Ms. Quiroz has assisted with the evaluation of multiple Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center grants. She is responsible for evaluating the Educational Service District 105 and Thurston TOGETHER 21st Century projects.

Ms. Quiroz provides clients with technical support, assists Program Directors in building the skills, knowledge, and abilities of center staff and stakeholders, and tracks and monitors the data collection systems for the 21st CCLC projects. Ms. Quiroz develops data collection tools, monitors, analyzes, and compiles data in preparation for submission of local evaluation reports.

Juliet is trained in using the Youth and School-Age Program Quality Assessment Tools. Ms. Quiroz is endorsed as an External Assessor through the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality.

Prior to joining the RGI team, Juliet was employed with Catholic Charities of Yakima as an Early Achievers Bilingual Coach. Ms. Quiroz helped coach, prepare, evaluate and track data for providers in the Lower Yakima Valley through the Early Achievers Quality Rating and Improvement Systems. These tools were utilized to evaluate out-of-school time programs and learning environments for continuous quality of early learning.

Ms. Quiroz was raised in the Yakima Valley and was the first in her family to pursue higher education. She is a 21st CCLC and GEAR-UP alumni and understands the work and support these programs bring to low-income students. As a result, Ms. Quiroz found an interest in attending college. In 2017, Ms. Quiroz received her Bachelor’s in Human Development with a Certificate in Family Studies from Washington State University.
