Evaluation Support Specialist

Aidee Padilla is a valuable member of the RGI Evaluation Team, providing crucial support in reviewing, analyzing, and compiling data for multiple large-scale, multi-year grant projects.

 

Before joining RGI, Ms. Padilla honed her skills at a prominent hop lab, a key supplier in North America and a certified environmental lab in the Yakima Valley. During her tenure there, she accumulated over six years of hands-on experience in data management systems, showcasing her expertise in handling complex data structures and technological platforms.

 

Born and raised in the Lower Yakima Valley, Ms. Padilla is a trailblazer in her family, being the first to pursue higher education. As a former TRiO student, she intimately understands the significance of educational initiatives tailored for first-generation migrant students like herself.

 

Ms. Padilla’s academic journey began at Yakima Valley Community College, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree through the Running Start program. She subsequently transferred to Eastern Washington University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry and specializing in Forensics.

 

Her academic accomplishments, combined with her background as a TRIO first-generation student, deeply inspire her commitment to RGI’s mission and the meaningful work of fostering educational opportunities for children, youth, and families.
