RGI Corporation is recruiting an Evaluation Support Specialist to assist our office and Evaluation Team. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products. Skills include strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Must be detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable and flexible, extensive knowledge in MS Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, produce high-quality work, strong computer knowledge, ability to independently assess situations and initiate solutions, make independent decisions, collaborate with personnel and work in a team setting. Must have ability to be self-directed in completing projects by required deadlines, adapt, and take direction from multiple staff members, be culturally aware and sensitive, and be able to communicate effectively (both orally and written) with individuals and groups regarding projects.

Position will provide support in reviewing, analyzing, and compiling data, and verifying accuracy and validity of data entered on to databases. The position will also compose graphs and charts for various reports, prepare materials and agendas for meetings, and assist in the development of federal Annual Performance Reports. The position will operate in a fast-paced, high-producing office.

The position is located in Sunnyside, WA, and is an in-office position, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (100% onsite – no remote or hybrid role availability). Must have Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
