Norma Calderón
Event Planning Manager/Evaluation Specialist

Norma Calderon serves as the Event Planning Manager and is responsible for planning and organizing large client learning events and conferences. Ms. Calderon also contributes to RGI’s evaluation team by conducting parent and student surveys to assess customer satisfaction and their learning achievements. She has thirteen years of experience in health care with private and public doctors and hospitals. Ms. Calderon has been an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant and a Financial Coordinator directly working with patients on a daily basis. She has developed and conducted numerous customer surveys. Ms. Calderon has also served as an English as-a-Second Language Adult Instructor for the 21st Century Schools Project and the GMC Training Institute. Ms. Calderon attended Yakima Valley Community College and the Business Computer Training Institute. Prior to RGI, Ms. Calderon worked for the Sunnyside Community Hospital.
