Evaluation
Specialist
Kelly Larsen serves as an Evaluation Specialist for
RGI Corporation. She assists clients with program evaluation, technology-driven
data tracking systems, performs project site visits, collects and analyzes
data and prepares independent evaluation reports. This includes conducting
student focus groups, staff program interviews and writing success stories.
She is also trained in the Youth Program Quality Assessment tool.
Before coming to RGI, Mrs. Larsen served as an intern at Kittitas Valley
Community Hospital (KVCH) in Ellensburg for the Employee Health, Staff
Development, and Infection Control Departments. At KVCH, Mrs. Larsen
planned, implemented, and evaluated employee wellness programs as well
as coordinated vaccinations for over 400 employees. Through volunteer
work, Kelly also planned, organized, and implemented educational sessions
for abused and neglected children in the foster care system. While attending
Central Washington University, Mrs. Larsen gained experience in statistical
analysis, data interpretation, needs assessment strategies, social justice
issues and program planning and evaluation.
Mrs. Larsen received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Central
Washington University in 2009 and her Associate of Arts from Columbia
Basin College in 2007. Kelly is from the Tri-Cities, knows the community
and understands the needs of families, youth, and children.
