Event Planning

RGI provides professional event planning services that include the development and coordination of conferences, student events, workshops and seminars. An RGI staff person dedicated to event planning ensures that events are coordinated efficiently and professionally. RGI has planned early outreach events and statewide, grant-specific conferences. Our event planning resources include:

• Identifying strategies to meet the needs, purposes and outcomes of the event.
• Developing, designing, producing and disseminating professional marketing materials.
• Scheduling and securing contracts with vendors for all event components including personnel, equipment, transportation, housing, food and beverages.
• Tracking event registration and collecting registration fees.
• Facilitating event set-up and completion with on-site assistance and monitoring.
• Develop and distribute event evaluation materials and their results.
